Project Coordinator  

The Project Coordinator is a contractual position responsible for the organization, administration, and coordination of all the elements involved in order to complete projects, from conception to completion, on schedule, within the budget, and according to specified standards of quality and performance.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Attends the Weekly Progress Meetings (Internal and Contractors), prepares, seeks approval, and releases the Minutes of Meetings.
• Monitors work in progress; consolidates and submits weekly project status report, summarizing information and trends and recommending actions.
• Maintains project schedule by checking and monitoring project progress from point persons in the weekly pre-operation coordination meeting
• Evaluates variations in schedule and scope, and keeps a repository of lessons learned
• Coordinates activities and maintains a log of issues among sub-contractors. Spearheads resolution of conflicting and lagging activities.
• Acts as lead document controller, giving vendor document access to relevant members of the team and ensuring full accomplishment of mechanical completion certificates
