- Create Industrial Relations policy to align with labor law and company business sustainability.
- Handling complaints, managing complaints procedures and facilitating counseling with other stakeholders.
- Investigate and resolve complex or critical industrial relations problems in a timely and effective manner.
- Keeping the implementation of Industrial Relations running well.
- Handling disputes and conflicts.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant program (Human Resource, Psychology, Legal)
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Industrial Relations or HR Compliance.
- Excellent knowledge in labor law and the government regulations
- Strong knowledge of HR policies & procedures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
