Essential Job Functions:
- Creating social media content plans that align with the company's brand identity.
- Creating and distributing relevant content across all social media platforms, including original posts, editing existing posts, increasing customer engagement, and promoting campaigns.
- Communicating with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner.
- Using analytical tools to monitor and evaluate the company’s social media presence and performance for optimal results.
- Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends in digital marketing.

Professional Experience and Required Qualifications:
- Candidates must be a graduate of Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or any related course from a university/college;
- At least 1-2 years of related experience in digital marketing or at least social media including planning and managing content. Background in a Consumer Goods set up is an advantage;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and must have a thorough understanding of social media management and strategy.
- Has a working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Applications with good communication skills.
