- Generate new sales leads through prospecting, telemarketing, referrals, and other customer lead sources.
- Close New Sales Accounts monthly.
- Set meetings with Key Decision Makers of prospective accounts
- Conduct initial research on prospect including company profile, contact person ,and potential product fit.
- Conduct standard sales presentation and taking initial research into consideration.
- Complete Scoping Check list for proposals.
- Set up next steps with prospect including proposal submission and target close date.
- Provide prospects with product and technical information in a timely manner.
- Ensure effective Proposal Management.
- Build relationships with Key Players within the prospect’s organization from Rank and File to C-Level Executives.
- Complete detailed sales plan for each prospect.
- Submission of Regular Sales Reports including but not limited to:
- Sales Activity Report
- Weekly Itinerary with Objectives
- Sales Pipeline / Forecast (Weekly)
- Monthly Objectives
- Quarterly Plan
- 52 Week Plan
- Individual Prospect Sales Plan (Account Plan)
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or any related course.
- At least 3 years of experience in Sales.
- Enthusiastic Presentor.
- Good sales planning skills.
- Good presentation skills.
- Good in building lasting business relationships and comfortable in dealing with different levels of customer’s organization.
- Ability to start and build business relationships even without existing contacts within the prospect’s organization.
- Positive mental attitude at all times.
- Hunter.
- Rsourceful enough to be able to close an account without existing contacts
