Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- To assist the Accounting Supervisor in carrying out her duties of monitoring overall business transactions of the Company
- Preparation of Request for Payment (RFP) under Finance and Admin group including all statutory requirements and attachment if needed (ex.phone usages)
- Validates RFP received from various departments before preparing Accounts Payable Vouchers (APV).
- Ensure that all transactions are properly recorded in Companys accounting software (Dynamics) and the proper VAT and EWT is recorded
- Preparation, encoding and monitoring of CM for AP related transactions
- Have ready answer in all queries regarding status of payables
- Preparation monthly EWT and Final Tax schedule for E-filing, and Semestral List of Suppliers
- Encoding of Monthly Alphalist of Suppliers subject to EWT to BIR Alphalist System as attachment during filing of BIR 1601E
- Encoding of Input VAT to BIR Relief System
- Preparation of BIR Form 2307 - Certificate of Creditable Tax Withheld at Source
- Preparation of Monthly Schedule of Payables
- Accrual of various payables (recurring unreceived bills - e.g. utilities, rentals, communication, etc.)
- JV preparation including Liquidation of expenses (LOE) and other adjusting/correcting entries
- Preparation of Monthly Accounts Schedule and Analysis Advances to Employees, Suppliers, AP - Others
Trình độ tối thiểu
- A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or any 4 years related courses
- With at least with 1-2 years experience in General Accounting or any of these skills;
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable,
- Disbursement &Treasury
- Knowledgeable in any accounting software
