- Overall in-charge with all the construction phases and progress of the assigned project(s)
- Monitors the performance and accomplishment of site engineers and other personnel – providing necessary guidance and supervision
- Ensures overall quality of the work done by contractors – monitors compliance with the standards and specifications set by the company
- Prepares billing and accomplishment reports
- Checks and approved pertinent documents
- Attends to the concerns of the homeowners – provides on-time solution to the problem encountered, if there is any
- Negotiates and acts as a company representative during conference with different government agencies, LGUs etc., whenever necessary
- Other relevant tasks as may be assigned from time to time
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Civil Engineering
- Preferably with Professional License (Passed Board/Professional License Exam)
- Extensive working experience as a supervisor or manager in a real estate industry (Mass Housing and Land Development) is required
- Well-versed in construction/project management
- With excellent management, decision-making, problem-solving, negotiation and leadership skills
- Must be willing to be assigned in any of the company’s project sites (Batangas, Rizal, Cavite, Laguna, Bulacan, Tarlac & Pampanga)
