- Perform administrative support to Accountants, undertaking clerical tasks such as typing, filing, making phone calls, handling mail, and bookkeeping.
- Prepare financial reports.
- Reconcile accounts in a timely manner.
- Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database.
- Research, track, and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the immdiate Head.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- At least a graduate of Banking and Finance, Accountancy, or Management.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Pleasing personality.
