Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Achieve the required monthly sales quota.
- Follow all activities mandated by the Sales Manager.
- Create a solid base network of clients.
- Market all Real Estate products of Damosa Land Inc. only
- Counsel clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, mortgages and related matters.
- Promote projects through advertisements, open houses, roadshows and the like.
- Accompany buyers during visits to and inspection of projects.
- Prepare necessary documents and contracts.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- A graduate of any 4-year course.
- Experience in Sales or Real Estate Industry.
- Good communication skills.
- Pleasing personality.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Competitive and goal-oriented.
- Willing to be trained and is a fast learner.

Damosa Land Inc., a wholly owned Filipino corporation and a member of the Anflocor Group of Companies, was incorporated on April 14, 1948. Formerly known as Davao Motor Sales, Inc. or Damosa, the company started as a premier dealer of Ford motor vehicles and parts until 1985.
