Telecommunications IT Support HD.
• Client Facing.
• ITIL Process Compliant- an advantage.
• Take Call/Request - Create Ticket.
• Do diagnostic Analysis.
• Escalate where/when required.
• Monitor during Incident lifecycle.
• Responsible for 1- stop closure.
• Perform first level investigation.
• Tickets routing.
• Tickets investigation/resolution (Tier 2, 2.5).
• Service requests handling.
• Defects planning & Tracking.
• Impact Assessment.
• Customer communication, Interaction with customer on customer location.
• Handling customer escalations.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelors degree in any IT courses.
- Open to Fresh graduates (0-11 months exp.)
- Strong analytical skills;
- Good communications skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good Team Player Ability to work across 24/7 Shift Roster
- Knowledge of CRM / OMS ,UNIX, SQL, PL/SQL, Unix shell scripts.
