- Develop your sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge
- Track sales goals and reporting results as necessary
- Strategize and implement activities to hit sales goals
- Promote the organization and products
- Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team
- Provide great customer service
Trình độ tối thiểu
- At least 2 years real estate experience as a Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
- Good interpersonal and communication Skills
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Willing to work on weekends and holidays
- Preferably with a car
- Able to lead a sales team
- willing to be assigned in Quezon City or Pasig
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
