- Document and record client personnel contact information
- Communicates with all client personnel
- Coordinate with client when service team will visit to conduct deployment or training
- Create monthly service reports for the client
- List requirements for new clients
- Communicate with sales personnel to list client requirements
- Ensure smooth transition of system implementation for clients
- Create support tickets for the service team based on client’s complaints and requests
