- Create Training Module
- Prepares new Sales Insurance (Alodokter Proteksi) representatives by conducting orientation to sales process
- Developing individual coaching plans for Sales and Ops team
- Observing sales encounters; studying sales results reports; conferring with Telesales Managers.
- Develops individual results by maintaining policy and procedure resources; providing coaching; conducting training sessions; developing outcome improvement resources.
- Improves training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques; making support readily available; integrating support with routine job functions
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor Degree in any field
- 2+ years of experience as Sales Trainer or similar field, preferably with Insurance background
- Friendly and personable
- Excellent in communication and presentation
- Have a basic understanding of Health Insurance
