Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Installation and deployment of system to clients.
- Attend to customer support requests.
- Perform data fixes, technical bug fixes and configuration fixes.
- Help the software development team to create software patches for the existing versions of the application.
- Communicate and work closely with the software development team on reported problems or enhancements needed for the software.
- Understand the client's functional requirements against the software available functions together with the Requirements Analyst.
- Ensure quality assurance, user acceptance and implementation of completed customization.
- Logging of tickets and all transaction on the ticketing system.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- BS Information Technology, Computer Science or Computer Engineering
- 2+ years of relevant experience as an Application Support Developer or Software Developer/Engineer
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating System, SQL Server Database and programming skills in C#, ASP.Net and VB.Net are required
- Strong and proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to manage and meet customer expectation and delivery time lines
- Able to communicate effectively and willingness to work hard to achieve results
