- Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and sales quotas
- Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
- Find new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships
- Present products to prospective clients
- Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customer’s dedication
- Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
- Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation
- Remain in frequent contact with the clients to understand their needs
Trình độ tối thiểu
- BA in Business, Administration, Sales or Marketing
- Proven experience as Account Executive or in other sales or customer service role
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to build relationship
- Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principle
- Organizational and time management skills
- A business acumen, enthusiastic and passionate
