Creative Lead  

• Oversee the entire creative process – from the big ideas to the little details
• Directing brainstorming meetings and creative sessions
• Collaborative working with the team to produce creative solutions to AITINDO clients’ marketing challenges
• Propose strategic solutions – ability to think beyond clients’ brief to serve proper solutions that’s not limited to what clients are asking us to do
• Draw on insight and campaign strategy to understand audiences, generate ideas and create engaging visual communications that will create positive impacts in line with AITINDO clients’ needs
• Provide constructive challenge to client briefs and feedback to ensure the best result for the client
• Produce ideas visualization to be presented to clients
• Lead the development of on-brand creative for multi-channel campaigns
• Supervising the department's daily workflow, assigning project workloads, and monitoring deadlines and budgets
• Spearhead the Creative team pitch activity, client presentations and workshops
• Mentorship of the Creative team
• Continually learn, develop and share your skills, knowledge and expertise for the benefit of AITINDO and our clients

Creative Lead is one of key personnel that will be responsible to design media strategies and monitor communication campaigns for brands and products. The person should be a strategic and conceptual thinker who is able to respond to a variety of challenging briefs within commercial constraints. S/he has main duties to oversee the work of copywriters, graphic designers, and developer under him/her, revise presentations and coordinate the work of the creative team, as well as making the final calls in creating digital marketing strategies that satisfy Aitindo’s clients.

• Minimal a total of 5 years of experience, with a Creative leadership experience in an agency environment
• Experience of working across platforms – including digital, motion and print
• Experience of working on multiple big brands – delivering impactful creative solutions within brand guidelines
• Experience in designing for the web and an understanding of basic UX practice in web design
• Client presentation and pitch experience
• Excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills (particularly InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat and XD)
• A passionate and committed leader – able to motivate others to perform to the best of their ability and clearly communicate creative direction to others

• Strong personal accountability and drive – with the ability to manage a busy and varied workload – working across lots of different projects and clients
• Commercially astute with a good understanding of the agency business environment, ensuring all creative is on budget and on brief
