Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Improving social media experience by creating promotional advertisements for any platforms
- Write product-related copywriting or brief for the advertisement purposes
- Leading the formulation of cross-platform creative content strategy, starting from brainstorming, planning to implementation
- Work with the team to produce new ideas for company branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications for clients’ brands
- Work to maintain existing content production whilst continuously researching and recommending new avenues to increase content reach (across written, audio and video)
- Work to develop individual team members with monthly performance meetings
- Identify social content opportunities that drive customer, seller value, brandings, and communication
- Produce regular reports to provide insight into the performance of content across various marketing channels.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor's degree in communications, creative, journalism, English, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience developing social media content for big company/brand. Having experience working in digital agency will be a plus
- Minimum 1-year of experience in managing a team
- Experience in creating engaging ads content across platforms, such as Tiktok, Facebook, or Instagram, is a plus point
- Experience in using content to acquire, retain, and engage customers
- Experience in the production and marketing of various forms of content (namely written, audio and video)
- Agile and able to adapt quickly
