Print Graphic Design Trainer (Hybrid Work Setup)

Your Role:
You will be responsible for planning, conducting, developing and evaluating technical and product training specific to the verticals we support, enabling employees to achieve outstanding job results.

What you will do:

• Partnering with the Business: Collaborating with Team Leads and Managers to identify performance & development gaps and deliver appropriate interventions.
• Training Delivery & Management: Conducting training and other learning interventions, maintaining and updating training resources, overseeing the transition of New Hire individuals from training to operations.
• Needs Assessment and Evaluation: Conducting needs assessment by identifying performance gaps and recommending action plans.
• Content and Program Development: Developing training curriculum that meets instructional goals and objectives.
• Coaching and Supervision: Mentoring appointed L&D Partners and Apprentice Trainers, coaching new hire trainees on performance and behavioral competency requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• At least one year experience in print graphic design and functional training
• Proficient in Adobe InDesign
• Proven experience in writing and record-keeping for reports and training manuals
• Knowledgeable with learning management systems and e-learning platforms
