- Acts as an online brand consultant for the customers and/or advertisers
- Acts as the main point of contact for multiple customers in managing the website and/or campaign development through the lifecycle of the project
- Collaborates with the customers through calls and emails to gather pertinent business information needed in the creation of their websites and/or other digital marketing campaigns suitable for the online brand
- Assists in arranging the concept, planning, and implementation of digital marketing campaigns across channels
- Assists in website analysis (or campaign performance) to determine next steps discussion for advertiser growth and goal achievement
- Works with appropriate teams within the organization to collect assets (logos, images, other digital information) for completion of each product and/or campaign
- Assists in troubleshooting and/or testing of existing and newly deployed websites (or other digital products)
- Conducts additional research vital in updating customers on the latest marketing best practices and technologies, making suggestions for improvements to increase average order value, and as a retention tool for existing clients
- Maintaining productivity and accuracy standards for the role and submit to Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) when necessary
- Accepting tasks assigned by superiors and/or Team Leader with minimal handover
- Regularly coordinating, collaborating and interacting with team members to ensure continuous improvement
- Abiding by the policies and rules of the company and act in a professional manner at all times
- Performing/rendering other duties or special projects, training and/or hours of work as may be reasonably required, and which are consistent with the general level of responsibility of this job
- Overtime may periodically be required for this position
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or two years related experience
- Minimum 2 years solid experience in a BPO
- Excellent customer service, inbound sales, and support skills • Strong written and oral communication skills
- Working knowledge of digital marketing products such as but not limited to websites, paid media, SEO, Social Media, and content products
- Basic understanding of various website builders and its functionalities
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office skills
- Any relevant project management-related experience
- Willing to work in a shifting schedule including but not limited to the graveyard shift, holidays, weekends, or as needed by the
