Web Development Lead  

The Web Development Team Lead is responsible for leading the team throughout the project life cycle, to support the design, development, and implementation of websites and other web products. Oversees the production process and act as liaison between web designers and managers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analyses and evaluates the client requests; ensures a thorough understanding of work instructions and interpretation of client’s business needs, job orders, production briefs, and clarification of design issues and concerns prior to starting work.
• Checks and reviews the Web Designers’ work; ensuring compliance of all completed websites/web products to industry standards and client requirements.
• Trains and conducts regular technical debrief sessions with the team members, most especially with the new hires.
• Coordinates and collaborates with team members and other department representatives to ensure cross-learning and continuous improvement.
• Maintaining productivity and accuracy standards for the role and submit to Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) when necessary.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media, Computer Science/Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Background with web development or design
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong organizational & project management skills, able to prioritize deliverables under tight deadlines.
• Must be willing to work on a graveyard shift.
