Business Development Specialist (Retail | Scheme)  

As a Business Development Specialist, you will do the following:

• Develop new business models for either transport or retail acquiring.
• Collect vast amounts of information from merchants to analyze information.
• Acquire new accounts for retail.
• Manage relationships as well as existing client and customer relationships.
• Interact with clients and merchants who have availed of our services.
  • Demonstrate strong sense of customer service.
• Project manage different solutions implementations for different clients and merchants.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for project mangement.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of project.

**This position will report to either the Retail, Transport, or Issuing Business Development Managers.

• Graduate of any Business and Management courses from leading academic institutions.
• At least 5 years in a Sales or Marketing role.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly in PowerPoint.
• Predisposition to Sales.
• IT proficiency an advantage.
• Strong research skills.
• Good balance on planning and problem-solving skills.
• Highly proactive and independent.
• Highly analytical.
• High sense of personal integrity.
• Amenable to work on a field based set-up across various functions on retail
• Amenable to handle equipment like Contactless Readers.
