Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Provide support in the establishment and implementation of the restaurant’s operational processes, guidelines & policies.
- Achieving the restaurant’s sales target and understanding its profit and loss statement. Managing the daily restaurant operations.
- Comply to store reports, standards in quality, food presentation & service.
- Handling Guest complaints.
- Ensures that restaurant event and catering functions are handled professionally and coordinated with the concerned departments to promote guest satisfaction and repeat events,
- Develop and maintain new and current accounts to generate catering revenue and achieve sales quotas.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): MS Excel, Word Perfect.
- Required language(s): English, Filipino
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Pasig, Makati, Taguig and Sucat.
- Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
