Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Maintains an accurate and updated employee database both in system software and 201 files.
- Ensure that employee's information is correct, complete and up to date in the HR database.
- Handle employees' onboarding process.
- Process documents for employee's change of status and movement.
- Responsible in the performance management process and monitor contract of all employees.
- Report, update and process monthly remittances, loan payment and posting to gov't agencies, HMO and other employee benefits.
- Implement and monitor rewards and recognition programs.
- Ensure accurate and efficient DTR and time-keeping reports.
- Process full and final settlement of separated employees
- Deal with employees or relevant local authorities for issues relating to labor laws.
- Monitors employees' compliance to Company's policies and procedures.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor’s / Degree Holder – Psychology, Human Resource, Business Administration, Operation Management or any related field
- At least 6 months to 1-year experience as Generalist
- Knowledgeable in all mandatory benefits, timekeeping and payroll
