Quality Systems Specialist (QC and Audit)  

• Develop quality control points in all work stations in warehouse – from receiving to dispatch operations and returns
• Review current means and ways of handling, storing and distribution of goods and initiate the appropriate methods as required
• Study and recommend the correct and adaptable process in packing and transporting of goods with high controlled temperature requirement, i.e., biological products
• Conduct QC Audit on in-transit and transported products
• Create Document Manual on Quality Control
• Evaluate the Service Provider’s (Trucker/Forwarder) compliance on QC requirements
• Team lead for Quality control and audit project initiatives
• Perform other tasks as maybe assigned by immediate superior

A.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy / Chemistry / Chemical Engineering / Food Technology
• With at least 3 years solid working experience in Quality Control or Audit Function gained in Manufacturing / Logistics / Distribution Company
• Proficient in preparing reports and project presentations
• Knowledge of ISO an advantage – background or working experience in an ISO Certified company
• Keen on details and analytic; good comprehension and judgement
• Good interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
