Core Responsibilities:

• Source and Identify possible candidates through various Social Media Channels specially Youtube
• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns
• Pre-screen and validate candidates based on requisition requirements
• Coordinate with the Youtuber in terms of creating a content for advertisements
• Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies and influencers
• Liaising with the marketing team to create and coordinate marketing strategies that work across different channels
• Manage databases and entry of data on sheets and system

• At least 1-year sourcing/recruiting related experience
• Excellent English communications skills
• Can work individually or with a team
• Prior experience with the tasks above
• In-depth knowledge of social media marketing industry

• Gather and analyze information skillfully
• Professional in dealing with daily tasks
