Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Installation and deployment of Vigos system to clients
- Attend to customer support requests
- Perform data fixes, technical bug fixes, and confirguration fixes
- Help the software development team to create software patches for the exising versions of the application
- Communicate and work closely with the software development team on reported problems or enhancements needed for the software
- Understand the client's functional requirements against the software available functions together with the development team
- Ensure quality assurance, user acceptance, and implementation of completed customization
- Logging of tickets and all transactions in the ticketing system
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Computer Engineering
- 2 years relevant experience as an Application Support Developer or Software Developer/Engineer
- Knowledge of Unix Operating Systems
- A strong and proactive approach to problem solving
- Ability to manage and meet customer expectation and delivery timeliness
- Able to communicate effectively and willingness to work hard to achieve results
