- Prepare all product, promotion, and packaging design requirements for the Division.
- Design and put together product styleguides including spot print designs, styleguide layouts, packaging guidelines, copy point requirements and other branding visuals and materials.
- Help create product design prints and packaging layouts.
- Create advertising collaterals and visual designs for all promotional materials of the Division.
- Illustrate concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
- Design logos for various brands and Properties.
- Edit photo images for use in retail and licensing platforms.
- Obtain approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval.
- Prepare finished copy and art by:
- Operating typesetting, printing, and similar equipment.
- Purchasing from vendors.
- Prepare final layout by marking and pasting up finished copy and art.
- Complete projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc.
- Maintain technical knowledge by:
- Attending design workshops.
- Reviewing professional publications.
- Participating in professional societies.
- Keep abreast of industry and creative trends.
- Attend product clinics whenever possible to hear feedback about designs and what the fan base /customers are looking for.
- Make recommendations /suggestions on new product concepts
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

- At least 4 solid years experience in graphic design for product/merchandise.
- Proven track record of new product development, design, and implementation.
- Solid knowledge of creative and graphic design.
- Strong technical skills in creative apps and programs.
