- Handle customers' inquiries, after-sales, and complaints.
- Deliver service in accordance to the QA guidelines.
- Promote and cross-sell the company's products and services.

- At least 2 years in College.
- Call Center experience is a plus, but fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Good listening and comprehension skills.
- Can communicate correctly and clearly.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules.
- Willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig.
