Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create performance reports analyzing the owned and earned social media assets of both internal LOBs and external marketing clients
- Give strategic analysis and recommendations on improving long-term reach and engagement for existing projects and campaigns
- Provide key insights for adaptation and creation of owned content that are "social by design" (e.g. consumer videos, blog posts)
- Monitor and evaluate social media results on a regular basis in coordination with client goals, benchmarks, and the overall social media strategy
- Maintain a comprehensive social media audit of all of the Company's official social media properties, both for strategic insighting, internal benchmarking, and business development goals
- Work with the Social Media Strategist in creating and updating the most appropriate social media measurement framework for both internal projects and external campaigns
- Closely work with the various working teams and management stakeholders on project development, timelines, and results
- Keep pace with social media and internet marketing industry trends and developments
- Provide necessary and clearly-defined support for other social media-related projects and operations of DMD or the Company in general on a consultative basis.

- Has a bachelor’s degree in related fields such as Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Communication Research, Marketing, or Business Administration
- Has passion for social media and internet marketing industries
- With 1-2 years experience in social media marketing and/or digital analytics; experience working in a digital agency or a digitally-savvy media company a plus
- Has excellent writing and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
- Experience in working with popular social media monitoring tools (Sysomos, Radian6, Twitter Search, Social Mention, Zuum Social, etc) and popular social media management tools (TweetDeck, HootSuite, etc)
- Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tools is preferable
- Has sufficient knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective core users (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Google+, etc.), and how each platform can be deployed in multiple scenarios and strategically integrated with other digital properties
- Must be highly creative and deeply analytical in order to solve measureable business problems, with strong attention to detail and a keen sense of emerging social media trends and behaviors
- Strong ability to articulate complicated and highly specific points in a clear, effective, and layman-understandable terms
- Strong adherence to deadlines, project pipelines and processes
- Must be able to think and multi-task effectively with minimal supervision, ensuring high quality and integrity in all outputs
- Must be able to manage time, effort, and resources well, taking urgency, comprehensiveness, and existing workload all into full account
