- The Account Supervisor is responsible for achieving sales targets by sourcing, developing, and closing leads with strategic accounts through proper analysis of the customers’ power requirements and customized energy products and solutions.
- The position is also responsible for building and managing the relationships with key accounts, allied sales forces, and industry associations. The position also assists the Area Manager in territory planning, account and industry growth planning, and training of new Account Officers.
- Negotiates contract terms and conditions with customer in support of their contracting decision, within limits of authority, and closes the sale to meet revenue targets
- Sources, qualifies, and develops leads that meet target guidelines
- Represents AP in industry associations in order to source and develop leads
- Conducts territory planning and prioritizes leads in order to achieve sales targets
- Diagnoses and analyzes customer needs and requirements
- In collaboration with Energy Marketing, designs energy products or solutions that meet customer needs and requirements
- Conducts account planning and formulates tactical plans for customer and industry growth
- Builds and manages relationships with key accounts, allied sales forces, and industry associations
- Monitors compliance with terms and conditions to maximize financial and operational performance and minimize risk
- Recommends solutions to contracts implementation issues
- Monitors billing and collection and recommends solutions to overdue receivables in coordination with Energy Accounting
- Monitors contract demand and energy levels in coordination with AP Energy Trading
- Assists in conducting market research on consumer behavior, latest trends, and competitor activity to provide accurate and timely information for making strategic and operational decisions
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- At least 2 years’ sales and marketing experience in the power industry or at least 3 years’ sales and marketing experience in any field
- Bachelor’s Degree in any 4-year related course with proclivity for mathematical analysis and problem solving
- Above Average Negotiation and influencing skills, Ability to build relationships and liaise with a diverse set of stakeholders
- Ability to understand legal documents (contract provisions, obligations, impact to parties involved)
- Ability to diagnose and understand customer needs and requirements
- Knowledge of the power industry regulation, rules, and policies (generation, transmission, distribution, retail supply)
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles
- Knowledge of business, finance, and accounting principles
