Environmental Supervisor  

This position shall be responsible for monitoring compliance of renewable project development and construction projects with environmental parameters required by law and company policy. This position shall act as the Pollution Control Officer of the group.

Responsibilities include the ff:

• Provide guidance to renewable teams as a resource in areas of environmental management and permitting

• Review compliance with and analyze parameters required by the ECC and other permits required by DENR

• Work and coordinate with the monitoring team to ensure compliance with Air, Water and Soil regulations

• Respond to environmental incidents/concerns/complaints in relation to development and construction of the plans and generated wastes by recommending appropriate action in the remediating/resolution of the issue

• Recommend preventive and corrective measures whenever potential environmental threats and complaints may arise

• Implement environmental programs

• Prepare required reports by keeping an updated database of monitoring results and other Environmental Records

• Coordinate activities with government agencies, business partners, environmental organizations, and community

• Prepare and submit regular regulatory reports

• At least 5 years of experience as Environmental Officer or similar (with experience and familiarity in different areas in Luzon)
• 2 years experience in renewable project development and execution
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Accredited Pollution Control Officer
• Knowledge in environmental assessment (monitoring and audit)
• Knowledge of environmental laws and regulations
• Knowledge of environmental management systems
• Knowledge of pollution control, mitigation, and abatement
• Role entails occasional field work
