HR Process & Systems Officer  

The HR Process & Systems Officer is responsible for capturing HR process/system change-related initiatives that add value to the organization. These change initiatives are continuous improvement intiaitves, and some projects may be associated with IT components.

Key Responsiblities Include:

• Partnering with Process Owners in in updating relevant documents to ensure their accuracy
• Developing tools and optimizing the use of technology to minimize transactional HR activity
• Managing the implementation and change management of various HR process and system improvements
• Establishing and coordinating end-user training on HR systems for users and key stakeholders
• Partnering with vendors to ensure clarity on deliverables
• Redesigning and simplifying complex and critical processes
• Acting as a change agent to introduce and embed a continuous improvement mindset within the HR community
• Applying CI skillsets to support the delivery of projects

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of work experience in HR Systems, Process Documentation, and Improvements is required for the position
• Project Management experience preferred
• Preferably with LEAN/CI Certifications
