• Master’s degree is an advantage
• 5+ years of experience in data management, analytics, and data governance.
• Strong background in ERP data migration and data cleansing (SAP ECC experience is an advantage)
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful data strategies and governance frameworks.
• Strong understanding of data quality principles, data security best practices, and relevant regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Knowledge of business processes (e.g., Order to cash, Source to Pay, Inventory Management, Project Management) in the construction / heavy industries
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in developing training materials and user manuals
• Proficiency in creating documentation
