Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Associate  

Responsibilities:

• Support the development and implementation of risk mitigation strategies.
• Prepare risk reports and monitor key risk indicators.
• Contribute to the enhancement of the ERM framework and methodologies.
• Assist in identifying and evaluating key risks across the organization.
• Assist Risk Management Team in the Risk Management Activities such as:
  • Risk Identification and Assessment:
    • Identify and assess risks across various business units and functions.
    • Conduct risk assessments to evaluate the likelihood and potential impact of identified risks on the organization's objectives.
    • Utilize risk assessment tools and methodologies to quantify and prioritize risks.
  • Risk Monitoring and Reporting:
    • Monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) and early warning signals to detect emerging risks.
    • Prepare regular risk reports and dashboards for senior management and relevant stakeholders.
    • Analyze trends and patterns in risk data to provide insights for decision-making.
  • Risk Mitigation and Control:
    • Collaborate with business units to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and action plans.
    • Review existing controls and procedures to ensure they are effective in managing identified risks.
    • Recommend enhancements to control frameworks based on changing risk profiles and regulatory requirements.
  • Policy and Framework Development:
    • Contribute to the development and enhancement of enterprise risk management policies, procedures, and guidelines.
    • Assist in the implementation of risk management frameworks and methodologies.
    • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in enterprise risk management.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Engage with key stakeholders across the organization to promote a risk-aware culture.
    • Provide training and guidance on risk management principles and practices to business units.
    • Foster collaboration and communication among stakeholders to ensure alignment on risk management objectives.
  • Regulatory Compliance:
    • Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to risk management.
    • Assist in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements related to risk management and governance.
    • Support regulatory examinations and audits by providing necessary documentation and information.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in risk management or a related area.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in risk management tools and software is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or related field.
