Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Shall be responsible for overall setup and configuration of new account/s based on client rules specification.
- Shall be responsible for leading assigned project/s for system setup and configuration
- Responsible for setup and configuration of system modules based on client requirements, not limited to timekeeping and payroll setup
- Coordinate with clients and technical team for the schedule of data submission, data uploading, auditing, configuring and releasing to live account
- Monitor all tasks declared on projects timetable and escalate any delays or roadblocks to supervisor
- Assist client concerns with the data and system setup and configuration
- Provide project documentation from initiation and progression to project live run
- Ensure that projects milestones and expectations including proper monitoring of project man-hours are achieved and roadblocks during project implementation are addressed accordingly
- Escalate client concerns and issues to the management
Trình độ tối thiểu
- The position requires a graduate of any four (4) year course in Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Studies, Administration, Management or equivalent
- Adept knowledge of timekeeping, payroll audit, and government deductions
- Basic knowledge of labor rules and standard employee monetary benefits
- Knowledge of data validation and basic excel formulas
- Highly versatile and can perform multi-functional role as project lead and client support
- Customer service oriented
- Has the ability to deal with difficult clients objectively and resolution of clients concerns are given priority at all times
- Has sense of urgency time and priority management skills
- Ability to handle pressure without jeopardizing performance and deliverables
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
