Accenture in the Philippines is currently looking for HR Service Delivery New Associates who will be responsible in performing the following day-to-day tasks:

• You will be understanding recruiting demands and specific skill profiles.
• You will be screening applications and candidates' selection.
• You will be conducting interviews, sharing feedbacks about candidates, and tracking their profiles in recruitment system, preparing, and conducting job offers.
• You will be responsible for monitoring and reporting the pre and post (day 1 and 2) hiring requirements of new hires.

What are we looking?

• Bachelor’s degree holder (preferably graduates of Psychology, HRDM or related)
• Must have at least 6 months of work experience in end-to-end recruitment preferably in volume hiring, candidate screening & assessment, and candidate relationship management
• Amenable to work in Boni, Mandaluyong

Good to have skills:

• Knowledge in recruitment and human resources roles
• Familiarity with Excel functions in the purpose of reports and analytics
