Credit and Collections Associate | Business-To-Consumer (B2C)

Accenture in the Philippines is currently looking for Collections Associates (B2C) who will be responsible in performing the following day-to-day tasks:

• You will be processing AR transactions such as billing, adjustments, write-offs, and posting customer payments, gathering, and analyzing financial information and collections.
• You will be tracking and reconciling daily/monthly AR balance and ensuring the accuracy of invoices in the AR system (manually encoded or through interface).
• You may be asks to investigate situations where invoices and customer information requirements may contradict.
• You will be generating repayments for erroneous customer payments or overpayments.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree holders in Accounting or Business-related courses
• Must have at least 1 year of work experience in hard core collections preferably business-to-consumer collections (B2C)
• Amenable to work in Boni, Mandaluyong
• Willing to go back on-site once recalled

Good to have skills:

• Experience in Accounts Receivables
