Customer Service Representatives - Travel Account are responsible for managing various customer issues depending on account assignment; transactions can be related to billing and collections support, client inquiries, product support or inbound sales.

What are we looking for?

College graduates, college undergraduates and associate degree graduates with related working experience
Must have at least 1 year of Customer Service - Travel Account experience
Experience in a BPO set-up is preferred
Must have good English communication skills
Willing to work in Quezon City or Alabang
Willing to work on-site once recalled
