Under the supervision of the Cross GU Recruitment Associate Manager, the Cross GU Recruitment Senior Analyst for Strategic Initiatives and Project Management will be responsible for Project Managing and Implementing projects and initiatives aligned to Recruitment TSC’s strategic goals.
In this role, the Cross GU Recruitment Senior Analyst for Strategic Initiatives and Project Management with the guidance of the Recruitment Cross GU Associate Manager will:
- Represent TSC Recruitment in Global and Local (Accenture Philippines) cross functional Projects and Initiatives
- Represent TSC in calls and discussions during project initiation to implementation
- Conduct FGD and consultation to various TSC groups to identify immediate and downstream impact of project/initiative
- Provide updates on project status, outcomes and risks to stakeholders within TSC
- Localize Global Initiatives
- Submit Global project deliverables (i.e. downstream impact analysis, process map, reports & data, etc.)
- Provide consultation and direction on project implementation affecting TSC specifically on:
- KT Material Creation (Content Development)
- KT roll out (Facilitation)
- Act as SME for TSC on post implementation questions and inquiries
- Take point in high visibility projects aligned to the overall strategy of TSC Recruitment.
- Project Management of initiatives from conception to closing
- Drive for solution on issues encountered
- Process Documentation
- Work with other Cross GU workstreams towards implementation of Philippine cross functional and global projects.
- Provide consultation of project documentation
- Identify solutions on issues raised
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree
- Must have 3 years of experience in Project Management
- Handled couple of Projects
- Amenable to work in Boni, Mandaluyong or Gateway, Cubao
- Regular Shift, 10AM to 7PM
