Recruitment Associate is responsible to ensure a smooth and seamless demand fulfillment for the organization. This team comprises Resourcing, Interview Scheduling, Offer Rollout, Onboarding and Background check. Tasks may include:
- Create approved requisition.
- Support internal sourcing - post requisition
- Support external sourcing - mine existing talent pool
- Support external sourcing - Post job
- Perform data mining for additional candidates
- Support candidate intake (application/expression of interest) using electronic, phone or paper methods.
- Develop list of candidates to be screened
- Automated Candidate Screening & Assessment (Interactive Voice Response (IVR)
- Conduct hiring manager assessment
- Perform pre-employment checks & New Joiner On boarding & Orientation. Recruitment Administration & Analytics
- Support any administrative or reporting related tasks as per the client requirements in support of providing Recruitment Services
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor's degree holder, preferably Psychology or Human Resources graduates
- Must have at least 6 months to 2 years working experience in Recruitment/Sourcing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent Customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Taleo or other application tracker is preferred
