Overall Purpose:
The Organization Management Team is responsible to ensure that HR Management System (SAP , Success factors) is set up accurately and correctly . This team is responsible to ensure Hierarchy and Positions are set up in compliance as required by the client.
Duties and Responsibilities:
As an Analyst for HR Organization Management, you will be responsible in:
- Position Maintenance
- Reporting Position
- Department Maintenance in enterprise system
- Foundation object maintenance:
- Job classification
- Organization level
- Function/ Subfunction
- Personnel planning Record deletion / creation
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor’s degree holder
- Must have at least 5 years of experience in HR Core, HR Operations or HR Outsourcing
- Must have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP, Success Factors or Workday
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Must have knowledge in Organization hierarchy maintenance in a HR System
- Must have fair logical abilities and good communication skills
- Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule
