Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Manage and publish PMO related files like Recruitment, Headcount, Seat Utilization, Org Chart, PTO, NAB, etc. trackers to intended recipients. Making sure all documents are up to date.
- Manage, track and initiate Provisioning process for all new onboarding resources.
- Manage, track and initiate Deprovisioning for all offboarding resources.
- Manages Risk, Action, Issues, Decisions Items and follow up with the owners.
- Utilize EMS for booking of rooms for training, meetings, emergency (stranded employees), etc.
- Set up meetings but not limited to, implementation or internal meetings, and others within the organization, capture Minutes of Meeting and publish them.
- Manage Business Support Portal and related SharePoint site.
- Adhoc tasks that will be assigned by the SDL, direct leads.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor’s degree or applicable work experience
- Excellent written and spoken ability to communicate in English for Accenture interaction
- Responsibility and accuracy in the completion of received tasks
- Ability to solve urgent matters and work under pressure
- Flexibility, especially in the period of month/quarter/year-end closing
- Reliable, proactive approach to entrusted tasks (thinking outside the box is a plus)
- Experience with accounting systems
- Excellent in Microsoft Office skills
- Client industry experience a plus
- At least 3 years related work experience
