We’re looking for a GA Sr Analyst, what does it take to become one?

o Point of Contact in the Philippines for Lease Center of Excellence and task to articulate lease accounting in the company

o Coordinates the annual physical asset count with different teams.

o Prepares Journal Entries in accordance with relevant local and global standards including but not limited to meeting both internal and external requirements while fostering key relationships with delivery stakeholders both locally and globally.

o Reconciles assigned Balance Sheet Reconciliations that prepared timely and possesses the required quality.

o Ensures all recon outstanding items are resolved within the policy period and any issue that requires escalation follow the escalation matrix

o Analyze and own assigned GL Accounts to ensure accuracy and reasonableness of the balances

o Reviews Purchase Requisitions regarding general ledger use and correctness of tax requirements (tax code and proper tax rates as applicable)

• 3 years required but 4 years preferred in General Accounting
• Has experience in preparation of Journal Entries and Account Reconciliations
• Has worked in an extensive ERP environment
• Proficient in MS Excel including functions, pivot, and simple macros
• Familiarity with Philippine transaction taxes
