We’re looking for a Reporting Associate Manager what does it take to become one?

Think of yourself as the person who is responsible for ensuring the standard and ad hoc reports are delivered accurately and on time. Work with other functional teams to access / understand data to be analyzed. Coordinate across multiple operations / teams to add reporting insight

Imagine yourself going to work with one thing on your mind: you are responsible in the following task:

• Gather and document reporting requirements
• Maintain reports inventory
• Manage reporting change requests
• Work with process subject matter experts from each functional team
• Assist in designing insightful report views (excel-based or tool-based or dashboards)
• Provide regular and ad-hoc results interpretation to Accenture management as requested
• Utilize data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Work with other teams and stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve performance results in accordance with contractual agreements between Accenture, vendors and clients
• Perform Quality Assurance (QA) on reporting analysis performed by other reporting groups as needed (including clients)

We're looking for an experienced professional with the following skill set

Skills & Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in business reporting
• Advanced proficiency with Big Data Analytics
• Advanced proficiency with Metrics and Predictive Analytics
• Strong background in Operations Managemen
• Strong background in Quality Assurance
• Core skills requirements of SQL, SSIS
• Good to have but not required: SSRS, .net, & Tableau
• People Management experience
• Education:
• Must be a graduate of any 4-year degree course
• Can also consider undergraduates with relevant work experiences

LOCATION AND SCHEDULE

TBA – Must be amenable to work on shifting schedules and various Accenture locations in Metro Manila
