We’re looking for an experienced Chatbot Developer. The role will be responsible to the following:

• Deliver, design, develop and test services that support functional and non-functional requirements for Chatbot and AI projects.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and build chatbots.
• Integrate solutions with multiple platforms.

We're looking for an experienced professional with the following skill set,

• Must have at least a year of programming experience in AI or Chatbot development using various AI chatbot platforms and tools.
• Someone who can design and implement chatbot dialog flows.
• Must have knowledge in API management and protocols.
• Must have an Agile mindset and an attitude of collaboration, proactiveness and ability to drive innovation.
• Must be familiar with different virtual agent channels including voice (Amazon Echo, Google Home, Twilio, IVRs, etc.) and bot development on social channels like Facebook, Skype, etc.
• Preferably with a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering and other related fields.
