Key Task Responsibilities:
1. Arrange/make visit to clients as well as negotiate and close sales deals.
2. Call/send email to clients as notified by Customer Service Representatives.
3. Make appropriate proposal/accreditation letters to clients.
4. Coordinates with Logistics Operations Department (Forwarding, Brokerage and Trucking) on the delivery and shipment costs.
5. Submit quotation via email or through personal delivery to clients.
6. Updates client’s sales status, concerns or other arrangements.
7. Submit reports to Sales Supervisor every 1st week of the succeeding month and maintain monthly report files for reference and documentation.
8. Performs duties as may be delegated by the Immediate Superior.
