About the role:

The role of the Project Manager is to oversee and manage the seamless coordination and execution of projects from inception through completion, focusing on drawing approvals, liaising between departments, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality elevator solutions on time and within budget.

 

Key Responsibilities and Timeline for Achievements:

 

First 2 Weeks: Onboarding and Familiarization

	<li>Understand Company Processes: Gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's project management procedures, product portfolio, and operational workflow.</li>
	<li>Meet the Team: Introduction to the team, including direct reports, the design, finance, and installation departments to understand their roles and establish communication lines.</li>
	<li>Initial Project Review: Receive a briefing on current projects, their statuses, and upcoming milestones.</li>

First Month: Integration and Initial Management

	<li>Financial Coordination: Work closely with the finance department to monitor billing milestones, forward contracts for insurance requests, and prepare SOVs for clients.</li>
	<li>Performance Reporting: Provide the first comprehensive monthly project report detailing performance against milestones, financial status, and identification of any issues or delays.</li>

Responsibilities &amp; Accountabilities

	<li>Writes short-form and long-form articles for the company’s official website, microsites, and newsletters.</li>

	<li>Acts as a Staff Writer to producer creative content for the company’s magazine.</li>
	<li>Handles posting of announcements (pre-event, during, and post event) on WhatsApp and Email platforms.</li>
	<li>Participates in brainstorming for marketing strategies to be applied in all of V’s marketing materials. This includes event promotions, websites, magazine, and apps.</li>
	<li>Covers events such as conventions, world tours, and business presentations for pre, during, and post-event stories to be published on the V’s preferred channels.</li>
	<li>Supplies material for marketing requests, such as copies/taglines for events, announcements, and promotions.</li>
	<li>Manages the V Communications’ library of publications and periodicals acquired for reference.</li>
	<li>Writes a monthly report in adherence with the promulgation calendar.</li>
	<li>Performs other duties that may be assigned.</li>

Creative Writer

	<li>Develop end-to-end marketing strategies based on client's directives</li>
	<li>Coordinate with the Creatives Team to craft marketing collateral for brand promotion</li>
	<li>Oversee digital and/or on-ground events/campaigns</li>
	<li>Engage in regular client fieldwork to check on daily operations</li>
	<li>Discuss the results (green and red flags) of executions to concerned parties and provide recommendations on specific areas of improvement</li>
	<li>Perform ad hoc tasks as needed</li>
