As the Operations Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the CEO by efficiently managing various tasks to ensure smooth operations and excellent client service.

About the Role:

The client is seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive Operations Assistant to join their team and play a crucial role in streamlining their business operations. You will be responsible for extracting data from customer invoices and analysing this information to create cost savings reports for our clients. As you grow into the role, you will play a key part in maintaining and improving operational tasks across the entire sales cycle such as contract creation and resolving supplier disputes. The successful candidate will have strong arithmetic skills and the ability to think outside the box and evaluate a problem as a whole.

Responsibilities:

	<li>Generate savings reports, manage spreadsheets and CRM systems, and share savings reports with the client.</li>
	<li>Identify and flag supplier objections, chase supplier payments, update payments and contract information on the system, and create monthly commission reports.</li>
	<li>Efficiently manage and organise emails, ensuring timely responses and prioritising important messages.</li>
	<li>Send targeted and personalised emails to potential clients for meeting bookings, along with meeting research and post-meeting follow-ups.</li>
