• Sending confirmation reports to Accounts for all invoices received from trustee

About the Position

<ul>
	<li>Ensures employees’ compliance with company rules and regulations pertinent to the contents of the company’s code of discipline.</li>
	<li>Conducts case investigations; prepares documentation and recommendations for corrective/disciplinary actions; facilitates admin hearing</li>
	<li>Prepares and issues disciplinary actions, contracts, labor-related notices, and papers.</li>
	<li>Responsible for the follow-through of issuance of employment contracts and other notices.</li>
	<li>Educates staff in each region/area on employee relations issues, using oral or written platforms, potential liabilities, and possible courses of action should legal - labor problems arise.</li>
	<li>Monitors the behavioral and attitudinal problems of the employees and addresses an appropriate action.</li>
	<li>Communicates policies concerning Human Resources particularly employee relations.</li>
	<li>Participates and attends seminars and workshops to be updated about the changes in the employment and labor laws.</li>
