Key Responsibilities

	<li>Develop and implement quarterly marketing plans aligned with business goals.</li>
	<li>Work with company leadership to proactively report on team performance vs targets</li>
	<li>Developing processes to help the company get closer to our members, generating insights that improve our members’ experience and the marketing programs that attract and retain them</li>
	<li>Refine brand positioning and messaging to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.</li>
	<li>Lead the development &amp; implementation of targeted campaigns that resonate with our target audience(s).</li>
	<li>Innovation &amp; Embracing AI opportunities</li>
	<li>Recruit and onboard new team members to drive marketing initiatives.</li>
	<li>Set clear goals and KPIs for individual team members and functions.</li>
	<li>Foster a culture of motivation, collaboration &amp; continuous improvement within the team.</li>

We're seeking a motivated Remote Property Listing Coordinator to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be managing property listings on various rental platforms as we focus on property renovations and enhancements.

Responsibilities: 
- Create and maintain property listings on platforms like Zillow, Trulia, and Craigslist. 
- Craft engaging property descriptions and upload high-quality photos to attract potential tenants. 
- Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective tenants and schedule property viewings. 
- Assist with administrative tasks to support our property management team as needed.

Requirements: 
- Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role preferred. 
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
- Proficiency in rental listing platforms and basic computer skills. 
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. 
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time. 
- Knowledge of the real estate industry is advantageous.
