Ylopo LLC is an exciting, rapidly growing, and well funded technology startup headquartered in Santa Monica, CA with a growing team based in and around Manila. We are looking for a talented Data Architect to work alongside our CTO. The right candidate will have extensive experience with ETL process.

This is a full-time, work from home position with working hours of 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM PST. Occasional weekend work or overtime may arise when deadlines need to be met.

 

Responsibilities:

<ul>
	<li>Design, develop, test, implement, document, and operate large-scale volume, high-performance data structures for the business</li>
	<li>Implement data structures using best practices in data modeling and ETL processes</li>
	<li>Gather business and functional requirements and translate these into robust, scalable operable solutions</li>
	<li>Participate in the full end-to-end development life cycle, from design, implementation, and testing, to documentation, delivery, support, and maintenance</li>
	<li>Responsible for the SIT execution with a focus on strategic testing processes and procedures to ensure that business standards and specifications are met</li>
	<li>Support various business functions by collaborating with multiple stakeholders, work with cross-functional teams to source data and make it available for business use</li>
	<li>Identifies, investigates, and resolves users' problems with computer software and hardware</li>

Ideal Candidate

<ul>
	<li>You have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology or related field.</li>
	<li>You have 5+ years of experience in business analysis or system analysis.</li>
	<li>You have experience working with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into system specifications.</li>
	<li>You have understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies.</li>
	<li>Experience in the fintech industry is a plus.</li>
	<li>You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li>
	<li>You have ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li>
	<li>You have strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.</li>
	<li>You have technical skills. Undestending of SQL, API, OpenAPI (swagger), BPMN, Microservice architecture is a plus.</li>
